The proposed financing concerns equity in a planned Human API Company vehicle. $ODAI is a non-security utility and access token, not equity. The two instruments are legally and functionally separate.

Planned Human API Company
A planned equity vehicle, not the current hosted-surface operator. The proposed international institutional round is expected to use a SAFE; if a token side letter is used, it concerns a separate future governance instrument and not $ODAI. Final jurisdiction, instrument, entity, and use of funds are confirmed inside the diligence room.

- Then The agent economy. Verified work pays out. Contribution beats speculation. A network where humans and agents exchange value under rules everyone can read and no operator can quietly rewrite.
