ODEI provides software infrastructure, graph projection, and automation tooling. Content is provided for informational and operational purposes.

Market, token, and performance metrics are snapshots and may change without notice.

• No abuse, scraping beyond posted limits, or attempts to disrupt service integrity.
• No unlawful use, including fraud, sanctions evasion, or malware distribution.
• No attempts to circumvent policy controls, authentication, or payment gates.

4. Data Submitted by You

If you submit intake or onboarding data, you represent you have authority to provide it and that it is accurate.

5. Third-Party Services and Marks

References to third-party platforms, products, and marks are for compatibility or factual attribution only.

Unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement, ODEI is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with those parties.

6. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice

Nothing on api.odei.ai constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for your own diligence and decisions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ODEI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
