This is the legal and due-diligence hub for ODEI hosted surfaces. It covers app.odei.ai, api.odei.ai, community.odei.ai, daorg.odei.ai, public documentation, intake and launch flows, and other same-origin control-plane artifacts we operate.

Operator

ODEI hosted surfaces are operated by Anton Illarionov, sole proprietor, registered in Budapest, Hungary (registration No. 61955583; tax No. 91815600-1-42) and holder of the registered EU trade mark ODEI®, No. 019341655 (EUIPO), operating with the ODEI founding team. Formation of an incorporated operating company is in progress; this page will be updated to name that entity when it exists.

What These Pages Cover

• Hosted control plane: launch, intake, session, resume, and support surfaces we operate

• Local-first boundary: ODEI may provide hosted control surfaces while significant runtime state and execution remain on your machine
• Third-party boundary: model providers, wallets, browsers, RPCs, and other external services operate under their own terms

For commercial contracting, due-diligence questions, service commitment discussions, incident escalations, or legal notices, contact ai@odei.ai. We use this channel for enterprise and partner-facing requests as well as formal notices.

Token Position

For this notice, $ODAI means the canonical Base token at 0x0086cff0c1e5d17b19f5bcd4c8840a5b4251d959. ODEI’s position and conclusion is that $ODAI is a non-security utility and access token. It is not equity, debt, a claim on Human API Company assets, revenue, or profits, a right to repayment or passive yield, or an investment contract. Holders receive no contractual right to ODEI’s managerial efforts. ODEI does not offer or market $ODAI as an investment and makes no promise of appreciation, return, or liquidity. This asset-level classification is separate from jurisdiction-specific rules governing offers, marketing, admission to trading, exchange, custody, transfer, and other services.
