The economic loopProposed policy
One ledger. Two proposed burn paths.
The following mechanisms are design proposals, not live guarantees. Any implementation requires published policy, deployed code, and verifiable receipts.
Scenario · Supply mechanics
Modelled burn scenario — not current supply law.
- The model starts from 100B and assumes no future protocol or bridge minting; restricted mint paths exist today.
- Burn rates are illustrative. ODEI does not promise an annual burn rate or outcome.
- No holder return, price, liquidity, stability, or anti-dilution right is created.
Illustrative model · not a forecast, commitment, or holder entitlement
Supply under the scenario · five years

Read the ledger, not a slogan.
Supply, protocol controls, fee configuration, holder distribution, and dead-address balances are separate facts. The linked research publishes the dated evidence and methodology.
Proposed engine 01 · Crypto payments
A proposed payment-surplus burn rule.
- 01People use ODEIA future paid module could accept supported crypto
- 02Costs are coveredAI and servers at cost, zero markup
- 03A published rule allocates surplusA proposed policy could acquire and burn $ODAI after costs
- 04Burned foreverSent to the dead address, verifiable on BaseScan
Proposal only · inactive until policy and code are published
Proposed flow · subject to policy, code, and receipts
Proposed engine 02 · Usage
Metered burns are a design proposal.
- A future paid module may meter selected actions in $ODAI.
- DAOrg operations are not represented here as currently burning tokens.
- Any live burn mechanism must publish its code, parameters, and receipts.
No current burn rate or supply outcome is promised
Illustrative interaction · not a live token burn
Policy firstNeither proposed burn engine is represented as live. Parameters must publish before any implementation.
Running todayFlaunch charges a 1% swap fee and routes the configured 80% creator share and 20% PBW share through protocol paths. This creates no holder entitlement or guaranteed outcome.

The five holder tiers
Community
> 0 ODAIAbove zero, the door knows your name.
Hold any amount of ODAI and you are in. The rank is real, verified on Base, and the whole ladder is visible from day one.
- ODEI ID: your wallet is your identity, verified on Base at every login. Enforced today.
- One standard connector of your choice in See mode as connectors land: your agent's first sense.
- A seat in DAOrg, ODEI's holder governance: reserved to your wallet today, it opens with the ODEI app release.
- The free Core stands under everything: app, runtime, World Model. No token required, ever.
Your rank is read from Base at every login. Any module quotas apply only under the product policy in force when that module becomes available.
Why it matters: Power starts with identity. Everything above stands on a seat that is cryptographically yours.
Access
1M+ ODAIThis is where it comes alive.
Under the current product-access policy, Access begins at 1M ODAI. Planned modules, quotas, and availability may change and are not contractual holder rights.
- 3 connectors with See and Ask: mail, calendar, messages start flowing into your World Model.
- Ask-first Powers, unlimited: it acts, you approve every move.
- 1 scheduled Loop: wake up to the digest, already written.
- Voice in the browser: one conversation that knows your world.
- On-chain senses, see-only: it knows the balance, it cannot move a cent.
Ask-first is the default: nothing executes without your approval until you raise the dial yourself.
Why it matters: Memory becomes agency. The first rank where your agent acts, and every action waits on you.
Operator
5M+ ODAISay yes once. Your policy holds around the clock.
Operator is for people whose days go through ODEI. Hold 5M ODAI and the rank takes effect at login, your clearance set before every module it unlocks.
- 6 connectors on a full dial: See, Ask, or Auto, set per source.
- Standing grants from the policy library: say yes once, it holds around the clock.
- 5 parallel Loops plus real-time watchers on priority runtime. You sleep. The work continues.
- Voice in Telegram on the priority lane: your agent in your pocket.
- Micropayments on autopilot inside the budget you signed. It can spend. It can't overspend.
- 2 delegated agents working under your policy and budget.
Standing grants and budgets are policy objects: visible, auditable, revocable from the app at any time.
Why it matters: The line where AI stops being a tool you use and becomes an operation you govern.
Architect
25M+ ODAIYour agent runs on rails. Architects lay them.
For builders. The current policy maps 25M ODAI to Architect at login; planned capabilities may change or may not ship and are not contractually owed.
- Custom connectors: wire any source you choose into your World Model, plus all standard ones.
- Author and share your own policies: you stop using the library and start writing it.
- 20 parallel Loops on hourly schedules with priority compute.
- Every Voice surface as it lands, first.
- Session keys and multi-wallet: standing on-chain authority, revocable any time.
- Delegation networks: your agents coordinate other agents, on your rules.
What you author is yours: policies live as portable objects in your own World Model.
Why it matters: Every rank gives your agent more power. This one gives you a hand in what that power becomes.
Council
100M+ ODAIOne hundred million is a voice in where ODEI goes.
The current, revocable product policy maps 100M+ ODAI to Council and uses each additional 100M as another governance-weight unit. This is not a contractual right to future product delivery or managerial effort.
- Priority access under the policy in force when an eligible module ships.
- One governance-weight unit per 100M held under the current policy.
- Treasury visibility and the proposal lane, as governance execution opens.
- Top 10 verified holders: briefing access when scheduled under the current, revocable product policy.
Council eligibility is read from the chain under the current policy. It is product configuration, not a contractual holder entitlement.
Why it matters: The ladder ends at Council. Nothing left to unlock, everything left to weigh in on. See the chamber ↓
The chamber · DAOrgLive surface

Built for agentsAgent write access ships off by default, and the chamber's manifest says so. Turning it on is itself a motion: the first agent files under a policy holders approve.
On the recordEvery stage change is timestamped in the public ledger. Any future execution mechanism must publish its own verifiable receipt.
$ODAI is a non-security utility and access token.
It is not equity, debt, a claim on company assets, revenue, or profits, a right to repayment or passive yield, or an investment contract. Holder tiers create access and capability. Rewards, if enabled, require verified useful contribution under a policy published before they go live. Activity-specific legal requirements remain separate.
